In reality, the effect is an optical illusion and there is no magnetic disturbance in the area at all.
The “magnet Hill” is located on the Leh-Kargil-Srinagar national highway, about 50 km from Leh, at a height of 11,000 feet above sea level.
Pathar Sahib - Gurdwara Pathar Sahib is a beautiful Gurdwara Sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, about 25 miles away from Leh, on the Leh-Kargil road, 12000 ft. above sea level.
